FrameMoment is a camera for events. Guests take photos on their own phones and the photos go into one album that the host owns. This page says, in plain words, what we keep, who can see it and how to remove it. The film editor at /studio is a different product with its own page: there, photos never leave your device.
What we keep
- From a host: the Google email address you sign in with, and what you set up for the event: its name and date, the film looks, the theme, logos you upload, moderator names and codes, challenges.
- From a guest: the photos you send, the note you write on a print, the name or @instagram you type (optional), the film you picked and when the photo was taken. A random code is kept on your phone so the page knows which photos are yours. We do not ask guests for an email address or a phone number.
- Counters: per event, how many phones opened the page and how many times a photo was shared, saved or ordered as a print. These are numbers for the host, not profiles of people.
- We do not use advertising cookies or trackers, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Who can see the photos
- Anyone who has the event’s QR code or link can see the shared album. Treat the QR code like an invitation.
- The host and the moderators the host adds can see every photo, including those waiting for approval, and can remove any photo.
- The host can download the photos and use them. At concerts and brand events the guest page says that the organizer may use photos in its content.
- Before the event day and after it ends, a guest’s photos stay with that guest only.
How long we keep it
- The album stays open for 3 months after the event is created. After that it moves to an archive for one year, and is then removed.
- A host can delete the event at any time from the host page. That erases every photo, note, guest name, moderator code and print order of the event from our servers. It cannot be undone.
Removing your photos
- Guests: open the event, go to “My roll”, open a photo and tap Remove. The photo is erased from our servers.
- If you are in someone else’s photo and want it gone, ask the host or a moderator: they can remove any photo. You can also write to us with the event name.
- Hosts: remove single photos from the Photos page, or delete the whole event from the Event tab.
Where it is stored
- Photos and event data are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Google is used only to sign hosts in: we receive your email address and nothing else from your Google account.
- Paid plans are not open yet, so we take no payment details.
